Keyoka ‘Koko’ Russo, a single mother of three, became COO of It’s A Matchmaking in 2024 and rose to CEO by February 14, 2025. Certified in matchmaking since 2014, with qualifications from IAP College and the Global Love Institute, she’s sparked countless love stories. Koko founded and created with help of her Cofounder Bilal Manzoor the innovative app, Knot to Knot’s Unite LLC, and studied Screenwriting at Michigan State University. Previously, she was the founder and CEO of Genesis 2:18 Matchmaking Service. Koko also studied Youth Ministry and Psychology at Tennessee Temple University from 2008 to 2010.”

Jade brings a unique and dynamic approach to her role, having chosen a hands-on path after high school instead of attending college. A true jack of all trades, she thrives in creative expression—whether through painting, drawing, hair and makeup, or any artistic endeavor she sets her mind to.
Beyond her professional expertise, Jade’s most cherished role is being a proud mom of three. Her children inspire her daily, fueling her passion for helping others find love and happiness.
With Jade’s warm presence, dedication, and natural ability to make people feel at ease, she ensures every client receives the personalized care they deserve—while also helping manage important executive responsibilities behind the scenes.
Shirelle Johnston is our background and profile writing specialist. With over seven years of experience in performing background investigations, Shirelle brings a wide variety of expertise and knowledge to the team. When performing background checks, Shirelle understands the importance of gathering accurate and up to date information for their clients. In addition to background checks, Shirelle has an ongoing love for writing. Profile writing is a new journey, but an exciting one by far. Gathering information and outlining it in such a way that it captures the strengths and essence of each individual client is such an important process in finding love. Shirelle holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with specialization in Criminology. Shirelle also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Criminal Justice, as well as an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Learning is a love for Shirelle, and she intends on continuing to further her education in hopes to one day obtain a Doctoral Degree. Outside of education and career advancements, Shirelle enjoys living an active lifestyle with family and friends. When she is not focusing on learning something new, she is spending time at the gym, with her dog or testing out a fun recipe in the kitchen.
Kimiko Bryant graduated from IAP Career College, where she trained to become a Gen Z Professional Certified Relationship Coach. Her commitment to helping others navigate their relationships is further demonstrated by her certification as a Nursing Assistant and her enrollment at Coastal Medical Training Institute, where she is studying to become a Phlebotomy Technician. Kimey co-founded Genesis2:18 Matchmaking Services in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, in the middle of 2023. She stepped down from her role in July 2024. During her time there, she made a significant impact at all the singles events she help coordinate & Hostess. Kimiko is also a proud Baby sister of Koko Russo, a Professional Certified Matchmaker, from whom she has gained invaluable knowledge and insight. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimiii is an avid singer who loves expressing herself through music. She enjoys attending church, participating in TikTok challenges, and spending time with her beloved pet . Additionally, Kimiko achievements and ambitions are not only a testament to her hard work but also her unwavering commitment to supporting others. Her journey as a mentor further highlights her compassionate nature and dedication to fostering meaningful connections.
